Naureen Othi

I am an undergraduate aiming to pursue a career in medicine with current interests outside of the academic context in microbial ecology, sustainable development, and biomimetic design initiatives. In pursuing these interests, I contribute to managing the undergraduate design project and Biomimicry Global Design Challenge finalist, the Methanolite, a system with the goal of mitigating methane emissions in Alberta. In my free time, I am the Co-President of the neurological initiative EVREN that fights to break stigma surrounding neurological disorders.
